Hi guys, so today I’m gonna talk about laziness. I’m sure that you experimented with laziness at least once (maybe that’s why you guys are here) The article includes 3 parts:

  • My experiment
  • My solution
  • The real science behind my solution and how I to improve it

My experiment

Have you ever had that feeling, that you know you are lazy and can’t get a single thing done the whole day? I got that feeling. For me, it was not just a day or a week, it was a whole year. Every day I woke up then played video games straight to lunch, just then I woke up from bed. Went to the kitchen and cook something to eat. Then I kept playing video games till dinner then continue playing video games then go to bed at midnight.

Back then, my day was super unproductive and super self-destruct. Ironic, I knew that fact. I knew that I was being useless and wretchedness but I still did not get a single thing done :(((

My solution

Luckily and magically, staying at the house all day long make me feel stuffy and I then decided to go to the park. To me back then, outside was like another world, the sun raised, everyone’s life going noisy. I then just went for a jog around the park, I felt motivated then, it was like all my energy in one year was waiting for now to exploded. Then I walk back home and work so productive that morning. However, the next day was back to normal :((

But, when I realize I was self-destructing again*100, I remember that weird day when I was so productive. Then I knew there was something crazy happening inside me there.

The real science behind my solution and how I to improve it

So, I realize it was thanks to walking in the park that day change my productivity somehow. I do some research on the internet to find out how it works. So it turns out, walking does not just improve our physical health but turn out, it has a lot more benefits. And one of those is boosting our mental health. Exercises include walking does have some obvious benefits: improving memory, helping creativity, keeping the brain sharp, reducing stress, and helping other mental health… And the noticeable here is that walking boosts endorphins, which puts you in a better mood. And we can use that mood, that motivation into our work.

How I improve using that science information

So, whenever I want to work, I spare some time before going outside and walk around (walking outside is better whenever it still has fresh air and sunlight) when I feel that endorphins rise in my blood vessels, I stop at a near coffee to sit there and work. If you want, you can go to the nearest coffee or back to your house to work. Repeat that formula then slowly we become so productive without the need of walking much.

thank you.
